    my pearl stopped receiving email on 3/4. anyone have a suggestion on how i fix this. help appreciated.

    Mike,

    What kind of email are you using? Here is one suggestion (and a common fix): Check your settings in Outlook or your desktop email client to make sure that the settings are "leave a copy of messages on the server" In out look this is in the advanced tab in your account settings.

    If this is not the problem please post back more details....

    my settings are set to leave a copy on server. any other thoughts.

    A few....
    Did you recently install anything or change any settings on your phone or your desktop? Can you send emails? Any other data issues? do you have EDGE service (all caps)?

    You can try these -

    Log on to your BIS page and delete and reinstall the account to see if this kick starts it. While you are there resend your service books.

    Check your POP3 inbox and make sure that there are less than 900 messages saved on the server. While you are there look for messages over 8mb and remove or move them.
