    Hi

    I own a BB 8100 Pearl.
    Straight down to my problem.
    Everytime I send an email, it show's me that the email has been sent with a tick and a copy of it gets sent straight back to me. I've turned off all the delivery, cofirm read and send read receipts but, I am still getting a copy sent to myself. Its slowly driving me insane.

    Can anyone please assist?

    first did you install anything new and what is your current OS. do you have a data plan

    Well, according to the O2 UK Network I have unlimited email data plan.
    Think the mobile has the std OS. No upgrades were ever done..

    If you are setup through the BIS, there is an "Auto CC:" feature that you may need to uncheck. This will stop the emails from being automatically copied to you.

    "Blackberry Internet Service". If you are not on a BES (Enterprise Server) and you use the BIS to push your mail to you, there is an Auto BC feature that is defaulted (I think) to automatically send your email back to you.     Sounds like you're using a gmail account. If so you have to log into your bis account from a pc and add a filter to keep sent mail from being sent to your inbox. Hope this helps.

    That is 100% correct. I have forgotten my password and login. So have to call up customer service's up to reset it. D'oh!
