    i cannot recieve or send out emails for some reason, i just got a replacement phone from tmobile because my old one was damage and i restored all my old settings to the new one, can that be the reason why i am not recieving or able to send out emails ? do i have to call tmobile or is there i can fix this on my own ? thank you all for the help

    bonz - have you logged in to your tmo BIS account and changed the PIN number?

    you would need to log in to your tmo account from your PC...im not sure exactly what the link is, but its where you set up all the email in the beginning...there is a link to change your PIN number...
    do you know how to find your PIN?

    If it is not working after you change your PIN on the website, you will want to force new service books to the device. Good luck!
