You just highlight the attachment, select open, then open the file, and select receive full content or something like that.
    Then the file opens!
I've used it on many blackberries, and its all the same. Good luck!

I don't think you can do that, Todd, like you can with a Word doc or a jpg, for instance...?

Taz6, I've been doing it for 2+ years, it can be done. You might have to goto your efax account online. I have always had mine configured to have the fax turned into a pdf, so maybe you have to do that. But trust me, it works.

I am using jFax - now jConnect occasionally. They send a tiff file as an attachment, and my Pearl can display that just fine.

    Taz,

    1) You need to set up your efax settings via the web (www.efax.com) to have your efaxes sent to you via TIF format (works the best with the RIM products.

    2) when you get an efax, you just open it regularly as you would any other attachment.

    3) In order to see it very clearly, use the full image option on your blackberry.

I do this 10-15 times per day. It keeps me out of the office. This is good for everyone involved.

    Good luck.

    J-
