    E-mail sundenly stopped being received!!! Now what?

    I've been getting e-mail just fine for abour three weeks and all of a sudden it stopped receiving them. I've even tried sending myself a message but nothing. Also tried to send myself one from the pearl but again, nothing. I get the check mark next to the message as if it's been sent, but my companies server never gets it.

    Tried pulling the battery, nothing. This all started Friday night after sending a pic via MMS to a freind that was sitting across the table in a restaurant to show him that it could be done.(he had never received any kind of message before on his cell)

    I'm able to go to our company server on-line and get mail from there, but really need to figure this out. Any ideas???

    Funny, same thing happened to me tonight although I didn't send any MMS' or SMS'. The battery pull worked for me.

    Whe you did the battery pull, did you have the Pearl on or off when you did it? I tried once this morning after turning it off and it started up by itself when I put the battery back in.

    I'm pretty new to this stuff, sorry if it seems like basic info.

    I left the phone on, pulled the battery, waited 30 seconds and put it back in... Then when the phone was back up and running my email was flooding the inbox

    Try resending the service books trough your carrier BIS webpage.

    uhhhhh, you'll have to explain what that means as I did not set the phone up originally. Our IT guy at work did and I don't have a clue what I'm doing. Sorry!

    You are on BES, I can't help you with this as this is not my area.

    There many BES experts on the forum, but I think that you have to ask your IT manager to send the books again.

    Let's wait for an expert to help you.

    Anyone???? Also, I've been trying to send an e-mail from the Pearl and even though I get the check mark next to the message as if it's been sent, the person being sent to never gets it. Ideas???

    Browser?
    If it's e-mail problem only, it could be that activation has to be done again (if you are on BES).
    Or you have to speak with your IT guys...
