Its possible that the service book didn't make it down. I'm not sure how Rogers works, but you can call their customer service and ask them to resend. Or its possible your data plan isn't active, or become active. To see if your service book is there, goto options, advanced options, the look in applications for the browser.
    Good luck!

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~what that means is you might not have a data plan..myou need to call rogers and tell them you need to add a data plan...you won't find an icon for internet if you don't have a data plan because its required from rim in order to have internet...to resend ur service books just log on to your BIS and click resend

    Actually to resend it's:

    Options>advanced options>host routing table

Find the highlighted entry and hit menu>resend...

If you don't have EDGE or GPRS (displayed all caps), or you have the homescreen banner "data connection refused", then you don't have a BlackBerry Data Plan.

If that doesn't apply, then you've got to set up your BIS, http://www.rogers.com/bis

Once you make an account and activate your PIN on that account, the browser and other service books will be pushed.

And I don't think Rogers permits service book re-sends from the device; I've always had to logon to the BIS to accomplish that.

(That method mentioned above only registers, but doesn't send any service books.)

did you already register on the network, or re-register through the advanced options? that will usually fix the issue...
