My 8100 is on .102 and I wouldn't call it stable, but it's more stable than .81 which I had upgraded from.

Someone had mentioned a while back that less effort seemed to be going into improving the old OS'es (we always used to hear about the latest betas being leaked) since the Bold, Kickstart and Storm launches.

If that's the case, in about 6 months, I'm gonna try and talk T-Mo into another early device upgrade (1 yr early) and get the 8220 (KickStart aka Pearl Flip) LOL

I'm using .81(108) and the only prob is sometimes the led flashes but is no biggie, it stops after a while. I've had no problems with it, no complaints.

    And what version is that?

I have .81 and it reboots about twice a day.

Have tried reformatting the memory card, still reboots.

about to go back to the one supported by tmo

It was the Rogers OS that Cherrichiodo posted last month. Took me a week to get the OS to install but it was worth the struggle.

    Here it is:

The low memory might be due to the apps you have installed. I had to move all my games to my backup 8100 to get room to run other stuff on here.

Rogers OS is the best IMO.
