I got my 8gb card yesterday and formatted it and loaded it up through DM with all my music and pics and videos. It works perfectly, not one problem. Woot!!!!

I have the AT&T 8110 and I'm really happy with it so far.

I went the 8110 route as the GPS is more usefull to me than wifi.

Are there any other major differences between the 8110 and 8120 beside GPS vs. Wifi?
    ----
No, the difference is very minor, related to WiFi, & that's it.
I also purchased an 8110 and when compared to my 8120, they are the same. I highly suggest saving the $50 & getting the 8110 unless one must have WiFi.

    Cheers....

    Now you can save $100. 8110 is $99 and 8120 is $199.

I am eligible for an upgrade, but still have not decided which one yet. The $100 savings alone is enough to sway me to the 8110. Don't think I need WiFi, but don't think I need a new Pearl yet because my 8100 still works like a champ

I played with the 8110 at my local at&t store yesterday. I like the feel of the updated keyboard, upper main keys and trackball. The OS updates are cool too, especially the enhanced web browsing.

    Thanks walds11,
For the correction on the pricing. At just $100 the 8110 is quite the deal!
A terrific price for a great BB...

    Awesome!

Thanks for all of the info!

I recently got my 8110 for $149 out of pocket (w/ 2 yr plan) and a rebate form for additional $50 off!

99 is a very good price for this device

I'm nutz. Just sent the 8320 back for a new 8120!

My major deciding factor is the money I will be saving, and the fact that eventually within the next year, I am going to want one of the next gen big screen blackberries like the new BOLD.

I am glad that you made a decision. It seems like the right choice for you. The Bold looks like it is kick ***! I read that TMo is going to get it. Hope I can upgrade again when they finally release it.

Is it worth the extra $100 for the 8120?

    Brilliant plan!

This way you have a new BB to enjoy for as long as you want, while they work out any bugs on the completely new Bold.

    Now why can't I be so rational....heh!
    Such an addict I am.....

I agree! The Bold is looking especially good now that I've learned more about it through the terrific WES coverage hayden has brought to us.

By the way pdxmatts, how are you enjoying that new 8GB card?

Oh, and please excuse me while I go get some ranch dressing..... It appears I will be eating my earlier words on how I thought the 9xxx was ugly.....
