Aggie, how quickly are you getting the iphone? Just because you're getting one, doesn't mean you have to leave the Stacks. I know a lot of us would love to hear what you think of the iphone.
okay guyz I guess I'm gonna have to do this ... but ya .. I have a friend who works for apple sending me a iphone for free ... so there goes the pearl !! ... lol you'll have been tons of fun and as for my BB buddies .. U guys r the best !!
Lucky! (read like Napleon Dynemite)
Hard to blame you - it looks like a really slick device. I like the widescreen movie playback feature. True imap email client rocks too.
Are you already with Cingular? Do you know how they plan to price unlimited data? Same as now? Even with free phone, Cingular seems pricy to me.
Also, I wonder how easy it is to type on the thing. Not much tactile feedback.
And of course you'll become an iPhone pod-person devoid of any individual identity ;-).

An Apple employee being able to send an iPhone to you for free? I find that hard to believe.

PM me for NEW OEM BB Pearl battery doors!
Me too!!!!! Very hard to believe
iPhone looks sweet and good for you for getting one (free? oooh, I am jealous). But the way I undersand, it only supports push email from Yahoo.. maybe I'm wrong? Also, I am thinking the touchscreen QWERTY keyboard would be weird (without textile feel). I prefer having real buttons to press with my thumbs... Still, it's a beautiful piece of art. But 8GB? I wonder how big the OS X is?
Thats hard to believe considering apple kept the phone secret evenOriginally Posted by aggiephoenix

Its hard to believe you.
Plus, now that Apple is being sued over the iPhone name, they
may be forced to change the name.

Totally crazy wounder if rogers will get it soon
Hmm, why are they being sued for that name?Originally Posted by tmiguel10

Hmmm, its a major error apple done right there, I thought they're a little smarter than that...
~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i wouldn't jump on the band wagon 2 fast if I were you this phone could be bug central to many negitive possibilities for me if you hit the screen by accident when its in your pocket your whole phone is done the insurance monthly would be as much as car ins can you imagine only paying 6 a month for a 5 or 600 dolar toy won't happen but anyone who is wanting this and willing to leave the family for it feels that way because your getting antsy due to the unreleased 8800 which I project will push the release date back for the iphone once apple sees what rim has been cooking in its lab.
BB family for life
I have been curious to know if the iPhone is really worth the price tag. A friend of mine is all hyped about them and he said "your blackberry just became a piece of **** floating in the toilet" but my blackberry was less then half the price of an iPhone and it fits my needs quite well.
To me it seems like with the iPhone and most of Apple's products you are paying more for a nice GUI/ease of use. I personally would not spend the money on one but I am just wondering other then the good GUI/ease of use does the iPhone really offer anything that can't already be had for the price?
Im not tryin to bash it, i think it does look like a pretty slick device but definetly more then i'd want to spend, and I dont think I would like the touch screen keyboard. I used to have an HTC wizard and i didnt even like the touch screen number pad on that.
