Difficulty Mp3 Playback of non-protected file?

    Hello all,

I am able to load music mp3's fine via desktop manager and get appropriate playback. I am however having difficulty with a particular set of lectures.

They are non-protected mp3 files. I am able to transfer them onto my micro sd via the desktop manager. When I click on the file, it opens it, but never starts playing... I can't seem to figure it out. The files play fine on my computer so I know they're working

I searched blackberry.com with "Kb05419" and found some information that was not particularly relevant about transcoding. I shouldn't have to if its already in mp3 format, correct? Unsurprisingly, T-mobile tech support had no clue.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    First, Welcome to the stacks

Second, What is the bit rate of those mp3s and which OS are you running ?
I'm french canadian so I can also help you in french, just PM me
UNLESS it is for a BETA OS, it's at your own risk and I won't support it
