    Desktop Software Issue

    Pinstack Forum Readers - I have downloaded the most recent version of BB Desktop Manager and it will not read my Pearl via USB cable. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several different times and still no go. I am connect to a BES server and I have installed the Internet version and the BES version of the software and still will not accept my phone via USB. The cable was working before lunch, I came back to my PC and it stopped working.

    Any thoughts?

    Have you tried a different cable???does it say Disconnected or Disabled on the Desktop manager?

    Options>Connection Settings>Select USB>Detect.....has worked for me in the past

    Thank you guys I did try both of those however the problem was much more of a pain in the ***. Seems like I had a registry corruption with my BB software simply manualy removed all the RIM registries from my PC and PoOF! It worked.
