how do you clear out themes which you may not want anymore. I have a plethora of themes, and most go unused now. How do i just simply delete them to avoid them alltogether?

go to options>advanced options>applications>look for the theme>select menu>delete...if it does not prompt you to restart, do a battery-pull anyway. This will ensure all is gone.

I do not have any Themes listed in my options>advanced options. There are themes listed in "Settings" but when I highlight the theme I want to delete and hit menu there is no "delete" opton available.

Is there another way to delete themes?

    Thanks in advance

    Simon

You're probably talking about the preinstalled themes on your BB.

    Check this out:

MaxMem can free up to 5mb space(backup before using)

This is the easiest way to do it for non-preloaded themes that have been downloaded. (look for the theme name in the application list it starts with com_plazmic ) You can also use the desktop manager. For the preloaded themes its a little tricky, (***Pay special attention to post #5 in the first link***) you may want to leave them on there. Check this thread and this one.

i think i likewise figured it out for macintosh users. if you use pocketmac instead of desktop manager, than just un-install the application, then do a battery pull and it should work.. thanks all

I still can't seem to get any theme to work, or delete them from my 8100. I am using pocketmac, and it is has been killing me to know why i can't get rid of them. Can somebody please help?
