Question Deleting more than 1 mess at a time??

I have the pearl and this maybe a silly question but by the end of the day my sim card gets full and askes me to delete any unwanted messages, is there a way to delete more than one at a time? My old phone did the mark all then delete marked routine but I cant find a option like that on the Pearl. Am I over looking something??

Scroll to the date> click menu>delete prior and this will delete all your messages.

You can also delete your phone call log as well if you want, while in messages hit Alt/O/P
at the same time and this will bring up your call log, scroll to the top>hit menu>delete prior.

When I delete multiple messages, I start at the one I want to delete first, hold down the CAP key (one to the right of '0') and scroll to the last one I want to select. Then press menu and delete messages.

Okay that problem was fixed! Thanks! Heres the next problem! When I connect to the Desktop Mgr I get this message "In order for message redirection to function properly a new encryption key will have to be generated" so I press ok has me move the mouse around (keeps me alert I guess! Ha) then it pops up and says "The computer does not know its message account address. Either the message system is not configured properly or this messaging system is not supported" Everything syncs fine so Im not sure what that message referes to! Help!

Sounds like you loaded redirector (which I doubt you need) with your Desktop Manager. I am sure there are instructions to uninstall this but you might be better off un-installing DM and reinstalling - make sure you select Blackberry Internet Service on your set up screen

Thanks. I didn't know you could do that and I had My Pearl for almost a year now.

When I delete multiple messages I select the message hold down the # key and scroll down with the trackball and it selects all the messages until I stop scrolling and then press delete and all the message are gone.
