~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I can only think of wiping the device. Didn't you want an OS upgrade anyway? = )

Yeah they should show up on either the DM or in Applications. The module name could be changed though. How did you get the apps on the device OTA or through DM?

    Try under Options/Advanced Options/Applications/Menu/Modules and Options/Advanced Options/Service Book

    Hope this helps.

Rcbjr, I can see the modules but no way to delete, I got "view properties" or "edit default permissions".

Eddie Gage, they came with my phone, no d/l. Except the bb weather, it comes from OTA, I thought u used to be able to delete bb weather on their website?? thx

Since deleting them have you done a reset?

Most apps won't disappear off the device until it has been rebooted.

Oh, ok. so the apps came with the original s/w on the phone. Then you have to treat this like embedded ringtones and pictures. So you have 1 of three options. 1) try upgrading your OS (not sure which you have but i have 4.1.1.101 and i do'nt have any of that junk) 2) delete the module off of the S/W on the pc and run app loader ( go to c: program files>common files>research in motion>shared>your specific S/W> then open up the blackberry alx file in notepad, find the module which you should be able to find the string from adv options, and delete the module., save and then run the app loader. This will remove the module but ocassionally the file name will stay with no info just empty. 3)D/L http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ds/links/5/452 figure out how to use it( can't help you there) this is called java loader and it will remove any module file and all.

Did you try the Applacation Loader from the Desktop Manager?

After clicking "Next" a few times make sure you check the box that says "List additional applications that are installed on the connected device"

    Hope that helps...
