Ever since I installed the new update on my phone my custom tones are not working can anyone help me out?
Have you tried an hard reset ? If not, just remove the battery from your phone for about 30 secs and put it back...

UNLESS it is for a BETA OS, it's at your own risk and I won't support it
Do you mean after you installed a new OS? After an OS upgrade usually all the ringtones are wiped and you have to start over, unless you did a backup/restore. Least thats the way it has always worked for me.
Have you checked to make sure they are still there?
