I don't know why you would want something shinning constantly telling you have coverage or not. That's just me though, and it would get annoying to me.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~cause I am not staring at my blackberry all day.. Its always in holster or laying my desk.I get text and emails all day and it flashes red so I wouldn't see the didfrence. Mind you I get over 100 a day and about 200 sms. 4 email accounts and sms plus I'm texting. I always seem to check my blackberry for new messages and or coverage....

Oh damn tdawg, i would go crazy with that much traffic! Anyways if you're looking for something with different alerts and the LED, Blackberry Alerts is a great tool. It's on hangdango and for like 10 bucks too. Lets you adjust the LED to different colors for different messages. There's a free demo to, if ya want to give it a whirl.

Actually I think it does drain it out more than if it wasn't on. I used to have it on and my battery seemed to drain ridiculously.

Anyone know a free program that does this. I mean this demo only lasts 7 days and I really dont want to pay for it.

Nope, there isn't one that's free. It's cheap, support the developer.
