    Re: Confused?

You shouldn't have to down grade. You can have any OS as long as it's for your specific phone model---the company doesn't matter. You phone will ALWAYS show the "T-Mobile" or "ATT", etc...it's just your phone's "brand"....make sense? Is that what you're asking?

OK, so have it re-pushed to your phone.

    Re: Confused?

If re-sending your service books doesn't work, you may want to call TMO and ask them to re-send it to you. That is if you are signed up for MyFavs. Sometimes it doesnt always get sent.

    Re: Confused?

I think you will have to install the T-mobile OS to get the myfave, since the AT&T OS does not come with it. Or you could call customer service and ask that they push that feature/application to your device. I'm not sure if just re-sending your service book will do that for you alone.. I don't have T-mobile so not sure.

    Re: Confused?

To load the TMO Device Software on an AT&T Blackberry, you will have to delete the vendor.xml file. I wonder if there will be a problem with the AT&T Device not recognizing the service book for the MyFav service book.
