it should only do that with your blackberry email address. The other email clients should still have all the delete options.

This didn't work. I have tried it several times and still only see "Delete Item?" I know it's not theme dependent since it does it on all themes.

This is new for me anyway but I was using .64 so may have been included in later versions.

Non data subscribers can also now use Blackberry Messanger! This is a great feature, which I use quite a bit! It goes through RIM's system, so there's no charge for using it.
Are you sure about that? I can't use bb messenger and I upgraded. Freaking smart access is the devil, they still won't let me have data for the next 6 months

I don't have a BB email address, neither does my wife (tmob .64). Neither of us have the "delete handheld only" and "delete on server and HH" options. WUWT?? I don't see any new power off options either.

In your browser hit the menu key and you will see that you can toggle between Desktop View (which also gives you a floating pointer like your mouse) and Mobile View.

Yes, all of these options were in the .101 OS as well with of course the exception of the TMO specific items. And don't look so surprised to see me, Gary. O.o I've been pretty busy lately.

I have tried the power off options and niether of them seem to do the same thing as a battery pull. After both options I had applications running from before I did the shut off. i.e. a browser loaded to a specific page and place on the page.

I'll post if I see anything specific from the .101.

Just be patient and dont panic when the hour glass stays up for a while and DONT uplug the phone during the upgrade. Otherwise if you have any issues the answers are most likely here .

Re: Changes between T-Mo's OS 64 to 103?

Just finished a smooth upgrade from .101 to .103. No detectable changes so far. My previous post hold true concerning .101. With .101 I would periodically lose data connectivity (of sorts) periodically and it seemed that it would happen whenever I tried to load a page that was too big for the cache to hold. A bettery pull was necessary to fix this. I am hoping that this upgrade might change that.

I know I am repeating Gary's post, but I don't think it can be stressed enough if you are upgrading your OS for the first time. It WILL take a long time, 45 minutes is not unheard of. During long stretches of this, the screen will be white, the hourglass may or may not be spinning, and your PC may not look like anything is going on. Resist the temptation to touch anything, disconnect your phone from the PC, try to click cancel, etc. Probably the #1 mistake made by people that have problems with the OS upgrade.

I have upgraded once before but I don't believe it took that long. Hope it is smooth again.
