    Change LED light color?

This is ignorant question number 2 for me. I am trying to figure out if I can customize the LED light on the upper right hand side of the phone. I'm not sure if it is possible, as I have looked. But I am a new user, so please advise, if anyone knows. Thanks in advance.

    Try www.greentechmobile.com

They do a product called blinkberry which should do what you want

Ps don't pay for it as the demo never seems to run out

    Re: Change LED light color?

    you cant change that led.

however, if you dl colorpearl, when you get emails, or messages, and you have bluetooth connected, it shows as a light purple/pinkish.

I'm not sure if you can customize the color. I know you can turn the LED indicator off unless you receive a message. Go to Options, Screen/Keyboard. About halfway down the page you will see "LED Coverage Indicator" which you can turn On or Off. Personally, I hate having it blink just to let me know that I have coverage. I have mine Off so that it only blinks when I receive a Text, email, vm, etc.

Well, I downloaded the color pearl, and the light is still an ugly reddish/orange, so I'm going to go with no on this question.

colorpearl changes the color of the pearl, correct, but it also changes the color of the LED as long as bluetooth is enabled.

    Re: Change LED light color?

Blackberry Alerts is an application that lets you change the color of the LED for different Alerts.

    SMS, MMS, voicemail, email, etc.

you can find it on Handango.com or in the 3rd party app forum

Yes, I use BB Alerts. It's an awesome app. It's not free, but they do have a free trial. Check it out.

When I exit Blinkberry it doesn't continue working. As a matter of fact it even shuts my normal LED indicator.

Is there a way to fix this?
