    Can't Install Any Apps

    When I try to install an app through the Desktop Manager, I'm getting this message...

    'The BlackBerry desktop software does not have BlackBerry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your local wireless service provider or system administrator.'


    I have tried re-installing the desktop software but still nothing. Should I call Bell and find out what to do or is there anything I can do before that?

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~have you installed the blackberry drivers on your computer??

    you have to get the device software from you local carrier.
    The S/W you reinstalled is the desktop manager. On top of that you need to install blackberry device software on you computer. If you don't know where to find it call your wireless carries and ask them where to download it from.

    I'm not sure if you have got this figured out yet, but you can also try saving the extracted files (.alx & .cod) to a different location, like your Documents Folder or Picture folder...then re-try to install the app/theme
