    I don't think so unless it's a full service store which I don't think can be done there either. You have to call TMobile and send it in. I may be wrong so wait a bit for some other replies...

    Cingular you can't, they'll make you send it to them. Received my replacement within 16 hours though....talked them into next day air free shipping....not sure about T-Mobile though.

    Mine cost like $9 to ship got it next day though. I am pretty good at hagling (sp) but had no luck talking them out of shipping.

    T-mobile requires you to call them, go through all the steps possible over the phone to make sure they can fix it that way first... then last resort they will ship a new one to you.

    not true, i just replaced my pearl in store (cingular) last week after about 3 weeks....

    The the other posts here regarding the TMobile replacement policy are correct. I needed to get my old 7105T replaced, and they had to send me a 8100 (thankfully, since they don't have the 7105T anymore). I tried to go pick it up at a local store, due to my needing it for work, home, etc., and they informed me that I HAD to have it shipped to me. They do not do any exchanges in store. The CSR I spoke to said that they are currently thinking about changing that policy, but it still stands for now.

    Yea, just call t-mobile and tell them what your problem is. I just got my 2nd pearl today because I dropped it many times... I was having issues listening to my receiver although TMO doesn't know that, sssshh. Anyways, it took about 3 business days when they place the order for the phone to arrive. When it comes, you have 7 business days to send back your old pearl or else they will charge you 300 dollars on your account. They provide you everything that you need to complete this process.
