Can the BBP be set to "hide" certain contacts and incoming messages?

As it stands right now, I don't lock my phone or have a PW for the screen.

I get too many messages to want to have to hit 4 digits to unlock it and it's usually on me or at my side.

But not always. Sometimes it is left on the kitchen table, all alone. There's nothing to stop person from sliding it out of it's case and looking at messages.

Is there a way to redirect a contact to another place like a folder or something so that to the ordinary person, my BBP looks open and vulnerable but really isn't? Something that would not cause suspicion?

    Thanks in advance!

Thank you Erica but that's not what I'm looking for.

My phone is at my side 65% of the 24 hours in a day. I don't have a problem with what I'm doing or what people see.

What I am looking for is something in the BBP itself that will essentially not list or show a message from Person A in my "Messages" area. BBP would let me know I have messages, but the ones from Person A would not show up- just like now how I changed a setting where I used to have all of my outgoing texts stay in the "Messages" area. Now they stay for a bit but are whisked away.

I'm wanting to be able to set a hidden folder so that when a message from Person A is received, it goes somewhere hidden so that if it buzzed when Person B is near and they pick it up out of curiousity, they see the rest of my innocuous messages and don't know Person A has sent one- it won't show up is all.

well an option that I currently run is:
options > security > general settings
    PW: enabled
    security timeout: 1 hr
    lock on holster: no

All you have to do is use it at least once every hour (for me its not hard) then when its idle for an hour or more, which is usually when i go to sleep or out with the boys, it locks itself up.

Cant help ya with the actual hidden messages part.
Sounds like you need to stop dating multiple girls at one time

The significant other would probably ask for the password, out of "curiosity." Change person A's name to "Frank."
