    Did you add the +1 and area code to all the entries, even local ones in your same area code, in your address book ?

    Content protection should also be "off" going from above posts. I never tested this myself though if it makes any difference.

    question? I did turn contect protection off - what does that have to do with the problem though?

    WRC1045, Contact Protection has everything to do with not showing Caller ID when on. It encrypts all personal data on the device, and the Phone App can not decrypt it until you have entered your Password, so it doesn't know what number to show.
