    Call Centres are useless!!!

Ok, so I'm having a fight with my BB 8100 at the minute! My email has decided to stop working completely! I have re-sent my service books...not worked!! I've deleted my email account and set up a new one...not worked!! So, I ring my service provider to see what advice and help they can give me, the answer? 'Well, there's nothing on my screen to say anything is wrong?!'. What kind of advice is that??
Obviously, there shouldn't be anything wrong!! So, if there is anybody who can offer more advice than the call centre man, please can you pass it on to me? I'm desperate!!
    Thanks

Sending or receiving them doesn't work? Are you getting an error message?

    What carrier is the equipment?

What carrier are you using it on?

    What version of the OS?

Have you done any mods to the OS?

Did you do a reload, or delete the Service books, and re-register the device?

Did you go to the carriers Blackberry Technical Support, or just the Customer Service Rep who got the call?

I think that I saw a post that there was a problem with one of the carriers BIS server... When did this start?
