    I had gotten a defective pearl from T-Mobile, and I received the new one today.

    While everything is fine, for the first time, I tried to access the net, and I realized the internet icon is gone.

    Anyone able to tell me how to get it back?

    menu, options, advanced options, host routing table , menu, register now. if that does not work get TMO to resend service books.

    No browser icon may also mean that your data plan is not yet activated. Does your email work?

    if you received a new pearl, then you're data should be working already (assuming it was working before).

    have you sync'd with your PC yet? sometimes that will cause this issue (in which case you need to update your DM software)

    Tmo is infamous for when switching phones not to turn on feature for the new PIN Id call them telling them that your new replacement phone came in and that you need to make sure the data plan or internet plan is pushed to your new IMEI/PIN

    Ken you need to go to your account online and switch your PIN and your IMEI numbers. While there you should resend your service books.

    I don't thing you will be able to resend service books until you register the PIN online.

    I did the whole Host Routing Table thingy, and it worked immediately. Thanks a bunch for the help.
