    Re: browser icon?

they are not the same thing... sounds like you do not have a BlackBerry data plan?

You need a blackberry data plan. even if you could get things to work you risk facing a very steep bill if you dont get a blackberry data plan.

BlackBerries require a BlackBerry data plan. It's only $20 from T-mobile, which is the cheapest in the US of any national carrier.

    Re: browser icon?

that is a data plan for regular phones/devices (the $5.99 plan), not for BlackBerries.
edit: just went to their site.. this is what you need

    BlackBerry Unlimited Add-on ($19.99)
Add access to BlackBerry's powerful data functionality to a voice rate plan. The BlackBerry Unlimited Add-on includes unlimited BlackBerry Web Client e-mail and Web browsing. Does not include text/instant messaging.

    Re: browser icon?

No it is not. You are better off getting rid of that and getting an unlimited blackberry data plan

    Re: browser icon?

no problem, the BlackBerries aren't like regular phones therefore the regular plan doesn't work right.

    welcome to the site.
