Should I call T-Mobile for assistance? I hate there automated phone...I try to avoid calling any chance I get. My Bluetooth worked fine with my old Samsung phone.then I got a sidekick slide then that's when my Bluetooth stopped working... I don't recall setting up a password but it prompts my friend who just got a BB 8100 too, for one.

Yeah you use the 0000 for headsets and such, and when you try and connect to a friend it just asks you (or your friend) to set up a password so people don't just send you random stuff to your phone.

Yeah basically its a user-defined entry, and it has to match on both phones. Its to prevent people sending you random stuff, like previously stated.
