PLEASE tell me that will speed things up.

i've had this problem as well, you ust have to move it afterwards to the music folder, i don't know why it does that but it does.

i know about it but my custome's don't so instead of always repeating myself ten times a day about the same few things with the blackberry, i can direct my customers to this site, or i can make a copy of it and print it out when they have questions!

at work if it's a blackberry issue the guys /girls at work just send them to me, so this helps! haha

Re: Blackberry 8100 Mini FAQ Common Issues

Hey what do I do if my internal speaker doesn't work? For example if I place a call or if someone calls me, they can't hear anything I say and I can't hear anything they say. We are connected though because if I turn on speakerphone, then it's fine. We can hear each other. And if I use my earpiece or bluetooth headset, then it's fine but I can't hear or say anything if i regularly pick up the phone and put it next to my ear.

Your service provider would probably require you to load the latest os but that won't work. Which it more than likely won't. Contact your provider and perform an exchange.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Not that we know of. It been a issue with Bluetooth and thinking the headset is still connected. That's what we've narrowed it down to. That's what we think. I don't think anyone has found a solution to it. Sorry man.

Why isn't it under warranty? Has it been over a year?
