    Post BES installed however unable to browse to the internet from our 8100's - HELP :-(

    Hi everyone.. firstly greatly appreciated anyones help with the below !

    Issue:
    We are unable to browse to the internet from our 8100's although eMail is working great with all updates syncronising.

    Error Message:
    "Web URL":80 connection refused

    I am not sure (obviously :-o), but do I need to open a specific ports on the firewall - even though I can browse to the internet fine from BES server browser.

    Set Up:
    We have three Blackberry Perl 8100
    BES server installed (ver 4.1.4) installed
    BES server sits behind company firewall
    MDS settings are set to True
    8100 advance browser settings set to "Internet Browser"
    Operating a BluCoat proxy server

    you probably have an IT policy that forces you to use Blackberry browser

    if your admin check
    Browser Policy Group - allow IBS browser - true
    Service Exclusivity Policy Group - allow other browser services - true
