I've tried about 8 different things to get this to work on this phone with no luck. I downloaded it OTA. Also, Can't seem to get any programs to install with the desktop software, when I select something to install it gives me an error like 'no applications for your device found'

You need the device OS installed on your PC in addition to the Desktop Manager. It does not come on the CD that came with the BB. Click on the link below and it will tell you how and where to find the download.

That is correct. The application loader in the desktop manager needs your OS on the pc in order to work.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Did your BB Reboot after the install? If not Reboot and yet to run the apps again. 3 have not tried those apps yet. We have the same model BB though so I'll try them in a while and see if they work for me. Are they showing up on your BB and just not running properly?~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Yeah it rebooted, and yes they're showing up, just not running properly. The weather thing comes up and just says 'no weather profile selected' and theres no way to make one. BBlookup just does absolutely nothing when you type in the phone number to lookup.

OK, for BB weather, after you open the app, click the trackball. You will get a menu, go to options, and where profiles says empty, click ther to add yours. It asks for a location ID, I'm not sure where you get that....but first just see if you get that far. I'll get back to you on BB lookup.

Berry Lookup was a no go for me too. Same thing, installed, but when you enter a number and hit search nothing happens. Sorry, can't help you on that one.

Newp, still no go even on the weather thing. Try to add a profile and nothing happens after you click save, still says nothing selected

One other thing to try, I just found this out last night.......make sure you check the box next to "Disable MDS Proxy" that's on the options screen. Once I checked that, then went in to add the profile it saved it and works well.......give it a try
