i entered my PIN and IMEI where it wanted the ESN (i can't find my "ESN") and it gave me this message:

alfairly - would love to help but need more info...

    1. Who is your Service Provider
    2. What web page were you on when you entered this info?
    3. What are you attempting to do at this time?

ESN= Electronic Serial Number. Used by CDMA/TDMA carriers .If you are with Sprint of Verizon you will have a ESN. If you have your box handy it will be on the sticker on the outside. Otherwise look inside the phone under the battery. I am sure there is a place in the OPTIONS menu to read this info but we will need a sprint or verizon person to advise....
