    BB Browser Missing

I recently recieved a replacement for my Pearl, due to battery issues. However, the BB browser is missing although I have the data plan. When I checked under the Core Apps Modules, I couldn't find the browser. My guess is that I have to reload the OS, but how do I go about doing this?

I just logged into the BB Server to resend the service books, and it asked me if I would like to associate my services to the new phones PIN. After that, the browser reappeared. Thanks for your help.

I am having this exact same problem, but am having trouble trying to get to this "tmo.blackberry.com" with out having a browser.

How would I get to my bis server if i dont have a browser to type this info?

Is there any way a step by step could be made? Sorry for noobish question.

    Thanks

NOTE: I forgot to add I am also missing my T-zone Icon.

I just got a call back from the BB Speacialist. He showed me how to find the "Service Books"

    1. Log into Tmobile account
    2. Click on "SET UP BLACKBERRY INTERNET E-MAIL"
    3. Click on " Service Books" (Left hand column)
    4. Click on "Send Service Books"

This is for future refrence, for those who need a walkthrough on the service books. The BB Specialist stated that this way works even if you dont have signal on your phone. The way that ljbyar stated, was to be used if you have signal.

    Thanks
