    BB 8100 Issue

Have a BB 8100 that doesnt seem to power on completely, I put the battery on and i get 1 red led flash and thats all. No other lights come on, i can plug it into the computer and watch it load, i wiped it and reloaded the software but still the same issue. After putting the battery on i can hit the push to talk button and can hear it ask for a command, can say a number to dial but it wont dial it. If anyone knows how to fix it or what the issue is please let me know.

ok, so the screen comes on, but the dial pad doesn't work? or you can't see the screen completely to make it out? i don't think a blackberry can come halfway on...

sounds like a hardware issue to me?

Its like the screen is dead. But no lights come on either. No warranty on it.
