Question BB 8100 & Garmin 660 bluetooth compatibility?

    Hi
New here... Had a look around but can't find an answer to my question.
Just got a new 8100 and trying to use handsfree via my Garmin 660 Satnav.
    It pairs OK.
The address book downloads to the Garmin OK.
I can dial a number OK.

Then silence from the Satnav (no dial tone nor sound of the person I am dialling). They can hear me (saying "hello, hello"!).

When receiving a call, the Satnav recognises an incoming call but the BB rings instead of the Satnav and the caller cannot be heard through the Satnav...

I've tried every combination of of unpairing & re-pairing to no avail...

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help

Are you pressing the "answer" button on the GPS or your BB?

    Thanks Ruth
I've tried both, but it makes no difference.

In a nutshell, I can't hear anything through the Satnav speaker but people can hear me through the microphone.... I've tried all the volume controls on both devices.

When I dial a number from the Satnav using the imported address book there is no ringing sound as the call is waiting to be answered.
