    not getting short. just surprised at how many people just start using the device and don't familiarize themselves with the absolute basic keys of the phone. t-mo's site (not to mention all the "getting started" paper in the box) is very self-explanatory with regards to basic key usage.

    Thanks. That's the escape key. But since it kind of functions as a browser back button I can see why people would call it that.

    I had seen that shortcut in the BB handbook as the Switch Applications function, so thought you guys were talking about something else...

    thanks for the help, i was wondering can someone give me the link to the back cover that has the slim extended battery pack with the speaker holes for the pearl speaker in one, thanks.
