    battery button defect

I was wondering if any tmo users had to go through their insurance and pay for a replacement because their battery button fell off. Mine fell off and when I called tmo they said that its not a known defect and that I would have to pay for a replacement. Help.

I know a few guys here had the same issue and TMO said that this is becoming a very known defect lol and so they did an exchange for no charge.

Ha ha I had 8 replacements with my other phone before I got pearl. With the pearl I already had 3 lol. This one seems to work "fine" but I still mightn exchange it later. My edge icon disappears ALOT!!!! An it aint cause of the area thats for sure.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~when I first bought my pearl the rep warned me about the button issue and said they could replace it if it happened to me. He said that they all knew about the problem.
