    Auto delete calender appts?

    I have office 2007 and i seem to remember in the past when i had 2003 that either in my blackberry(7100) or office i could have it delete appts, say after 1 month for example. am i wrong?

    Yea, it's there...I think the option was recently added. I remember a while back it didn't have it.

    Open up your Calendar and go to Options.
    the Keep Appointments options should be the second to last.

    Now is that in outlook or BB? Cause my BB doesn't have that option.

    You have two options to do that:

    1.

    On the BB goto Calendar - Options - Keep Apointments. Here can you set the time between 15 days and forever

    2.

    You use the autoArcive Option from Outlook: Options - More - AutoArcive - delete old elements after auto arcive
