Anyone having trouble with recieving emails?

I have it set to where my GMAIL forwards to my blackberry email. Ever since I updated to the ITA OS my email forwarding and notifications have not worked properly. Is there something I am suppose to do?

Also, how do I remove emails that I have setup? For example I set up my name@uhcl.edu email on my phone and now I want to take it off.

    Thanks.

Duy519, if you sign in to your carrier's BIS site you should be able to check and modify your GMail settings and also delete the uhcl.edu address.

The TMO site is where you'll find it. Once you sign on (manage your account), scroll down to "communication tools" and you will see "Set-up Blackberry Internet Email". That is where you should find your email addys.

Thanks! I tried sending service books from the website to my phone. No clue what it does but it says if I am having trouble, try sending service books. Hopefully this works. Thank you!

    ljbyar,

Sorry I have another question. Which service books should I delete? I do not want to delete the wrong one. Can I delete all of them and start fresh? Or is that not a good idea... lol

I've been having gmail trouble alot recently (frustrating as heck)... 3 different things have worked:

    The always popular battery pop
Turning off wireless and then turning it back on
Resending service books - if you don't have the BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) site, you can call your carrier's bbry support and they will be able to resend them (you might even get a few new apps!)

So should I delete all of the current service books I have now? Or just the email ones?
