Any way to save a http target?

Well, using the Idokorro file manager, I can ftp files of any size (as far as I can tell) to a media card. Anyone know of a way to save http files to the media card? I'm thinking something like "save target as" on a desktop browser.

No option for that, I'm afraid. The only file types I've had luck with are mp3's or other sound files. There's an option to save the file from the media player menu. I guess RIM was serious about device security by not allowing any other file types to be saved through the browser.
