You can always press the mute button on the top of the pearl while the phone is ringing and what this wll do is actually have the phone stop ringing.

I tried hitting the mute button when receiving a call but all it did was pause the ringer for a second or two before it resumed. Haven't been able to figure out this one yet but I did discover that the Pearl trackball lights up with different callers when receiving a call, I hadn't noticed that before.

Nask, I believe that if a call comes in (ringing) and you want to stop the ringing, just move the trackball and it should stop. Is this what you were referring to or are you looking for a way to send it to voicemail?

Turning the phone off automatically sends all calls to VM.

I dont know of any shortcut besides going into the Phone Options, select Call Forwarding and select forward all calls.
