I will get IT a call when I get into the office. I don't know why they have never invested in the BES.

Thanks a ton for the help Gary and N8DBB.

Either that, or its not able to find the server address. This usually happens when you have a domain such as yourcompany.com but use a company for email that's something like mail.someothercompany.com.
Best thing to do: get IT to setup a forward rule or tell them to invest in a BES.
If they have an Exchange Server already, its almost a no-brainer to go ahead and invest in the BES.

Is there a way I can set up a forward rule within my mailbox or does it have to be on the server? I do have rules set depending on who the email is from.

    Well here's the update:

I talked to our "IT" guy. He said the reason we don't have BES is because it's too expensive to get. Then he told me I shouldn't of bought a BB. Whatever, he get me the address we can use to view our email online, but when I set up my email:

I enter in my email address and password > click next
I get to a screen that says "unable to configure email". My options are a) re-enter email or b) provide settings for this emal account > click next
I choose the provide settings options. > click next
I choose "this is a work email" > click next
Choose the Outlook/Exchange option > click next
Entered in my info and if FINALLY worked.

Thanks to everyone for the tips, advice, and what not.

Why is it when I delete my emails from my yahoo and comcast accounts on my BB, they aren't deleted when I goto the accounts on my PC and vice versa?

Any sync of deleted accounts occurs at the server level. Once they are on your PC your BB actions no longer affect them. Hope that makes sense.

Yeah it does. So basically I will have to delete emails on my BB and emails in my inbox as well. Can't do one delete for both places.

I'm good with that. I have been reading about some of the problems that people have been having and it almost seems like it is not worth the trouble to have BES. JMO.

Thanks again, Gary, for your help.
