    how to press Alt-Ctl-Del on the BB device? as i know, the BB curve 8300 able to do that. is anyone know how to?

    what does that do? maybe theres just a different shortcut, but what are you even trying to do

    To reboot the phone like a battery pull, on the full keyboard devices, you hold ALT, the right hand shift key, and while holding these to keys, hit delete. THis will reboot the phone as though the battery was pulled out.

    I dont think there is a way on suretype devices, but I may be wrong. You could use the soft reset program, it reboots the phone without pulling the battery. You can find the link in this thread: http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...ad.php?t=34665

    You press and hold the latch release button then slide the back cover off then you use your nail and pull the battery out! lol I would like to know the shortcut for suretype also

    i tried follow the instructions u gave but it still doesn't work

    You should always power down the phone with the End key before doing a battery pull. A battery pull should be a last resort if power cycling does not correct a problem.
