    8130 Charging Pod WONT sync?? HELP!

    I purchased the BB charging pod and stated directly on the BB website is says the following. "Display, sync, and recharge your BlackBerry smartphone in the office or at home with the help of the BlackBerry desktop Charging Pod."

    It charges perfectly well and looks amazing but it does not sync. Anyone have this issue? Or is there something that can be done? I just thought it was weird that they would post that on their site and it not work.

    make sure that the pc shows that the device is connected through usb. You can check this with the device manager icon on your system tray.

    You have to configure your sync options before it syncs correctly. Everything should be found under the sync tab.

    Make sure you have OS and DM installed too.
