    8120 and html email

Does the 8120 still have the problem of displaying all of the html characters in email unless you buy a third party html email reader program? This issue has always turned me off about the Blackberry products.

That's what I am asking. If you get an html formatted message, will you see the html code in the email still?

4.3 OS doesn't support HTML formatted e-mails. 4.5 was rumored to support it, but the beta firmwares don't show it as a feature as of yet, but I suppose nothing is set in stone until it's released. Also from what I can tell it will require an updated BES or BIS server which is still unreleased as well. BES servers will receive the upgrade first.

I had an 8100 for awhile as well as some of the other BB's. If I had to choose between an 8120 and a Curve, which one would you all choose?

They do the same thing, but it has a different keyboard. I suggest going to a T-mobile website to test them out. From Personally Experience, the 8120 is the best blackberry I have ever owned.

    (out of 7105t, 8100)

    I have both....

The 8120 has a louder speaker phone.
the curve has a larger screen
    Battery life is about equal.
    8120 has the video camera
    curve has the full keyboard.
i think the curve may have slightly better battery life, but i use them differently so its really tough to say.
8120 has better native IM platforms.

Wow, this thesd got off topic real quick. Haha.

Anyway in an effort to correct the path, I know there are programs out there that let you see all that stuff in e-mail, but the problem with those are that they cost money.

So are there any free programs that do it?
