8110 Pearl stops syncing with Blackberry Server
8110 pearl that has stopped syncing to the BES server. Around 3:00 a.m. the BES will see it, but no syncing of new information begins. I read about the BIS/BES plan issue, thought it might be the problem, but not sure. The only change that was made was an account change of adding additional users to the plan. I was "assured" by at&t that NOTHING changed on the data plan.
Bought a new 8110, added it to the BES server, tested updating address books, calendar entries, etc. Worked like a charm. Then overnight, stopped syncing; back to original problem above.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance for the help.
call customer care and have them remove your BES feature, while the feature is off take the battery out of your phone, while the battery is out have them re-add the BES feature, then put the battery back in
