    8100 SMS Email templete

Does anyone know if there is a program or a way to store templetes to send text or emails from my pearl. I frequently send the same text or email message.

Does your 8100 slow down sometimes? Need a battery pull, how often? Just plain messes up? I have the newest TMobile OS?and DT software. Thanks and happy holidays

I'm sure there's another solution. In fact I think someone posted it somewhere in the stacks. However, since it's something that isn't daily for me, I save the text and emails/sms numbers in memo pad then cut and paste it them into the new compose email or sms.

It saves time as you won't have to retype. There is other clever ways out there though.

That's exactly how I do it too.

As far as your sluggish Pearl, a couple things to make sure to do that can help.
    1) clear out sent/received emails text and phone logs.
    2) make sure you don't have a ton of applications running at the same time. Click alt+the backup key, just to the right of the trackball. Be sure to hold down the alt key, and you can use the trackball to scroll through. The mail, phone, address book will always be running, but look for other apps.
    Hope this helps!

For an SMS template I have taken a frequently used sms (eg. Subway txt order) and "saved" it. Then when I want to use it again I "view saved messages", open the message, and "resend".

Should work for emails too, but I haven't tried it.

How about using Auto Text? go to Options > Auto Text.

You type a shortcut code and the text you want to replace it with. Then when you are typing you just need to type the short code. For instance.. if I made a code of zz have the auto text of MyHomeEmail@MyDomain.com, then every time i typed zz, it would automagically become my email address.

Make sense? Does this solve your problem?
