    Smile 8100 SD Card Issues

I have an 8100 and 512MB SD card. I had downloaded a bunch of music unto the SD card and enjoyed a couple weeks of music while in transit. Last week, my 8100 just failed to show the SD card. I tried the hard boot, the desktop manager, the new update... you name it... Nothing has recovered the SD card, the music files, the picture files or any other files that I've uploaded unto the SD card since buying the blackberry. I was thinking of buying anothe SD card, but figured why waste the money to find out that it has to do with my phone and not the SD card. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem? Thanks.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~the solution to that is to turn the mass storage option off I learned that by loosing all the ringtones made all the MP3's I put on there and even pictures

    You go to - Options-
    then-Advanced options-
    then-media card-
then you select that you do not want mass storage!
