8100 no BIS email
For a week now my wife's 8100 will not receive email called T-Mobile customer support and they couldn't find.a problem. We deleted and resent the SB and received them fine but still no email anyone have any ideas. We also had the Sim card replaced.

Try deleting then readding the email address on the T mobile BIS website.
Is your wife able to use other features such as BB messenger, internet etc?
Also is her signal showing GPRS/EDGE or gprs/edge?
Problem solved turns out that the firewall settings had been changed somehow. But I reset the firewall and it started working. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
