My friends that dont have Blackberry phones connected with no problem and it didnt request a password. Does any one knows if I can remove the passkey entry request that blackberry always ask?

    Re: 8100 Bluetooth HELP

I was having trouble connecting to an Axim yesterday. The way the password box was worded it made it seem as though the password was being requested by the Axim. It turned out I put in a password and then the Axim came up with a prompt to have a password entered and it was the one I just set in the BB. It seems to be, in my case, that the password was the one you would accept from the other device.

    Maybe you can try that?

You have to select "Receive Using Bluetooth"
So, if someone is trying to send you a picture, go to your pictures under media, menu>receive using bluetooth, then you'll get a "File Transfer - Waiting for connection" window, once the other device attempts to send the image/file you'll get the option to allow and save the image/file.

    Hope this helps!!
