8100 alarm problem

Hey everyone. I'm having a problem with my alarm on my 8100. When I set the alarm sometimes the screen pops up to turn it off or snooze but the alarm sound dosent work. So unless I catch it I over sleep. So I was wondering if there was a way to fix it. Any help would be great. Thanks.

More than likely in your alarm, you have it muted, reset to ring, or ring and vibe. that shuold do the trick.
